Beauty

Okay, I am just going to let this 1 minute video speak for itself…I think it is just that good.

I Peter 3:3-4 “Do not let your adornment be merely outward – arranging the hair, wearing gold, or putting on fine apparel – rather let it be the hidden person of the heart, with in incorruptible beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God.”
Proverbs 31:30 “Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing, but a woman who fears the Lord shall be praised.”

I saw that commercial on Good Morning America yesterday. I was astounded at it. And we wonder why girls have such a hard time with self-image.

I can’t wait to show this clip to the girls in our youth group! I’ve heard of photo adjustments, but seeing is a powerful message.

This is kinda related… Apparently, studies show that facial averageness is related to beauty. The more average your face is, the more beautiful it is considered.

Yeah that is incredible. On top of being a really strong message… that guy running Photoshop is freakin amazing! I wish I had those skills.

Whoa! That’s an awesome video. I just can’t get over it. The only thing that could make it better would be to have a before and after photos at the end.
