Tonight Rich and I had the awesome opportunity to visit David and Tami in the hospital to celebrate the arrival of Hudson Henry Powell. Hudson was born yesterday, March 27th, and weighs 6 lbs, 12 oz. He is as cute as can be at 19.5 inches, with a perfect little face and dark hair like his parents.
It was so good to see David and Tami, and they are such proud parents. Rich was able to capture some incredible moments between mom, dad, and baby Hudson, but unfortunately, big brother Preston wasn’t there at the time. Rich will have to grab some shots of the two brothers sometime soon!
David and Tami, we are so thrilled for you! What a precious gift and miracle from God! We value your friendship so much, and we know that you will continue to be amazing parents, with wisdom and so much love! Your children are so blessed to have the two of you as parents.

another fantastic job rich! gosh, i soooooooo wish you could’ve been at the hospital when max was born, or even when we brought him home! tami & david, i don’t know if you’ll read these blog responses, or whether you’d even know who i am, but i remember you guys from the early days at calvary chattanooga. i was heather’s roommate and attended for awhile, and always thought you were great. congratulations on a MOST precious baby…mom & dad are just as beautiful as i remember them too!
