And thoroughly entertaining. Honestly, I don’t know for sure, but I think that Alana is going to be a class clown. She loves to make people laugh. Or maybe it’s just a standard baby thing. Regardless, she soaks up the attention when adults laugh at her.
Today was our weekly hang out time with Kellie. We went to Kellie’s house and Alana decided right off the bat that she wanted to brush Kellie’s hair. I don’t know where she gets these ideas! Alana doesn’t have much hair, so I rarely have to brush it. But still, she must watch me the two seconds each day that I actually spend brushing my hair, because she went to town on Kellie’s hair this morning 🙂
I would have loved to have known she was going to do this, because I would have situated myself somewhere in the room so that I could have captured Alana’s face in addition to Kellie’s priceless expressions!
Then we headed to downtown Cleveland for some lunch! Alana loves to drink from my straws, but she spontaneously decided that the ketchup and mustard dispenser looked appetizing. She acted as if the spout was an actual straw and starting sucking. Kellie had the camera and grabbed these shots of Alana – my little etiquette queen 🙂
Then she moved on to the Tabasco sauce. She’s fast, and I was having trouble keeping up with her. Her reach is always a little farther than I give her credit for. And her antics always catch me off guard!
Then we were off for a brief session at a nearby field. Granted, it’s winter and things are pretty drab and ugly, but we used what we could and the weather was just beautiful! I took a couple photos of Alana…
And Kellie took several of the two of us playing together. Thank you so much for these photos, Kellie!
>I don’t recommend this for a decent photo…but here I am, multitasking! I wasn’t about to put Alana down on this bridge, but I also wanted to grab a quick photo of the landscape. Hmm. I’m a nerd. But we’ve all known that.
Happy Tuesday night, and I’ll see you again in the morning for a brief wordless wednesday 🙂
