You may remember my blog post from December when Tobi Weldon of Ivey Handcrafted blew us away with this headband for Alana when we visited her at the Chattanooga Market! These are some updated photos of the headband because Alana LOVES to wear it…

Well, Tobi has outdone herself, and I am the happy to be the recipient of another perfect, wonderful Ivey Handcrafted product! This time, it was a completely adorable little tee-shirt that we were blessed with, and I hope my photos do not disappoint!
Since yesterday was an incredible, lovely, sunshiny-with-a-cool-breeze kind of day, we were off to Coolidge park and it was heavenly! Nick and Amber met up with Alana and I to enjoy the perfect afternoon, so there are photos of them interspersed with photos of Alana in her new little Ivey Handcrafted shirt! Check it out and leave some blog love for Tobi!

Since we were so close to the one and only Clumpies, I decided I needed some cookie dough ice cream!!! I got it in a cup and shared it with Alana, but she was much more interested in Amber’s ice cream, because it was in a cone, which she’d never seen before! Aunt Pixie shared with her, and I quickly grabbed my camera so as not to miss the event!
Alana’s first taste of ice cream from a cone!

Once she tasted the cookies ‘n’ cream, she couldn’t get enough of it. And Amber graciously shared – from beginning…

…to end!

I had so much fun grabbing shots of Alana and Amber interacting…

I’m looking forward to spring for entirely new reasons this year than ever before. Since Alana is now a toddler (though I incessantly refer to her as a baby still) and more able to appreciate fun outdoor activities, Rich and I are more than ready to share them with her! We can’t wait to take her to the parks in the area now that it’s beginning to warm up, and to watch her learn and grow!
Thank you so much to Amber for the following 3 pictures of me and Alana! I took the liberty of editing them, and I love them so much!

Then the girls started goofing off again so I grabbed the camera once again and starting snapping away…

The sweet, intelligent, and super cute Nick! He’s an amazing fiance to Amber and an incredibly fun and tender soon-to-be uncle to Alana!

Since Alana’s a little Chattanooga chickadee, I thought it necessary to get the walking bridge in the background! So iconic to this city!

“Look, mom! It’s a…well, what is it?”

Love the double ice cream eating shot.
How did nap/bedtime go after yummy ice cream?! Our first experience with B went from “how cute!” and melted into, “uh oh, he’s still awake!” Regardless, we still love to share with him. Alana can look forward to cooling off in the water fountians next, that’ll be a blast. Love Toby’s lettering for alana! Thanks for leaving all the handy links Heather!
