We’re a lot a like and also quite different. It’s the paradox that is sisterhood, and I relish it.
As my blog friends know, my sister Amber (affectionately dubbed by yours truly as “Pixie”) and her now husband Nick moved here from chilly chilly South Dakota a few months ago and were married just weeks ago! We LOVE having them so much closer, and Alana is thriving with all of the attention and love! All in all, we’re a happy group!
I’m also very excited to announce that Amber just landed a job that suits her perfectly! She’ll be the head varsity volleyball coach at Boyd Buchanan and I couldn’t be happier for her! So, three cheers for Pixie…hooray! hooray! hooray!
And just because she was ready for a big change to correlate with the other big changes in her life right now, she decided to chop off her lovely locks to reveal a new, very chic, very flattering hairstyle! It’s the shortest her hair has been since she was a little girl and she loves it!
She and I hopped outside for a few minutes on Friday evening for a few photos of her new do, and I love the images! It didn’t take long to get some that I love because she’s beautiful and has become super comfortable in front of the camera because of her crazy sister and brother in law
