alana: nineteen month session!

A couple of weeks ago, we had the priviledge of another session with the wonderful Amber Holritz.

This was another tag-a-long session for a fellow photographer, Treacy Mize (from Sacramento!), to learn from Amber. Treacy was such a sweetie and we had a blast hanging out together!

Here are a few of my favorites by Amber, but definitely check out her blog for a ton more!

Alana helps Rich and I with the dishwasher now, taking things out one at a time and handing them to us!

But she dropped a fork on her foot and ended up with a new boo-boo!

I’m not sure if any other child in the history of the world has loved umbrellas as much as Alana does. It just happened, and Rich and I are still amazed and baffled by the phenomenon! Let it be officially stated that Alana’s second birthday shall be umbrella-themed.:):):)

And so, here we are again with, you guessed it, an umbrella…while reading one of Alana’s favorite books, Raindrop Plop!

I LOVE this photo that Amber grabbed! How fun!

Alana’s attention span is increasing, so she actually sits through an entire book reading now! We read on and off all day every day, and she wants to read some more when Rich comes home! So it was only fitting that we sat together and read for part of the session! I love this image!

Mine-O-Saur is the best book ever! I think the peek-a-boo picture on the bed looks really funny, Heather it looks like your eyes swollen shut, you are laughing so hard! LOVE the first pic of Alana and the pouty faces from both of you in the kitchen!
