Okay, so these images are actually from a few days before we left to our Fort Lauderdale Christmas Vacation two weeks ago (which I will be blogging tomorrow!), so for the sake of chronology, I will blog these first! But come back tomorrow for a ton of Christmas photos!
Alana LOVES to be outside even when it’s pretty cold, so I try to let her play even when I’m not really in the mood to be stand outside and be uncomfortably chilly. It helps when I grab my camera because it gives me something to do in between talking to her and playing with her. If she self entertains for any amount of time, I take advantage by snapping away…resulting in very fun memories of her and a creative outlet for me

This is Alana knocking on the garage. Ha! She has learned to knock on doors inside the house and say “knock knock!” but the garage door was a new one! She started knocking on it and asking to come in, and in between laughter I grabbed a photo
My parents bought this little car for Alana for her first birthday over a year ago, and although she actually learned to walk by holding onto it, she is still entertained by it! I moved it from inside to outside and now it provides new and improved two-year-old activities!
She really loves to push it to the top of our driveway and then turn around, push it down, watch it roll until it stops, and then go running after it. A very cute, but very monotonous activity
